If you are a VIP does that protect you from the autobalance?  If so, I got moved on the 64p conquest.

I am having issues renewing my VIP slot.  When I try add it to the cart as new it said:

"You have already purchased that item and it cannot be purchased again. Click here to view or renew your existing purchase."

When I click on the link it only shows that it has expired and does not allow me to renew. (see attachment).

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

VIP is automatic as soon as donation or store is used on the forums. It wasn't working for you because on your profile here, you had your name entered for WOW, not for Battlelog.

I went ahead and updated that for you, and VIP should work ok now.
