hey guys, I know things come up, but if you know ahead of time that you'll miss the raid, post under the Raid Attendance thread, which you can also txt or email raid@atremains.com and have it appear on the raid attendance thread, which i'll check every night preraid.

Before we talk about what we need to do going forward, a quick look back on this week's worth of raids. First of all, two bosses down, one in each night, that's no dragon soul progression, but pretty darn good, especially since it's our first week raiding together and we didn't at all have our group fully set. Some good notes, tanks seem pretty in line with their thinking, dps is all around the same area of numbers, for heals we seem about right, with playbyplay beating us out usually but i'm still working on my shaman's raid healing, so all around we seem to be in pretty good shape and consistently improving. Looking forward, since glitter and zaub can't raid on thursdays, we'll need to replace them. Eveningbark filled in for us tonight, and can/probably will for future weeks, and/or chartul can in future weeks as well. That still leaves us needing a consistent ranged dps and a healer in the form of a holy pally. Evening's offspec is tree, which could be useful down the road, I have an 88 holy pally that i'm leveling, if we get desperate. That being said, that's worse case scenario. Other notes, and none of these are directed at anyone, Flasks, i'd like everyone to come to the raid with enough for the night. int/str/agi/mana potions, i'm happy to make anyone any they need for free, but you need to tell me you need them first and i'll happily do it. We've also started pretty late on both nights, which isn't anyone's fault but mine or the lack of a third healer, but I don't want it to become a habit. So, I'd like everyone to be on and ready around 10 minutes before the raid, (ready means flasks, repaired, already went pee, ect.) I know some of us don't get home til around or a little before raid time, and i don't want anyone speeding home for the raid and dying in a car crash, but if we are on, i'd like us to be on our mains and ready so when it is raid time, we're pulling, not getting set up. Lastly and most importantly, thank you all for being a part of this raid, it makes it a lot more enjoyable when you raid with a great group of people, in the personality sense and skill sense. P.S. I sincerely apologize for the rebel-esque length of this post

I'd say over all it's a fairly well balanced group, and if i bring a resto shaman over resto druid, it'll actually be even more balanced for gear slots, seeing as how glitter will never go anything other than enhancement

@Playbyplay, done @Snugg, with the dps, yeah, I hadn't considered that at first, but now that you guys've brought it up, I agree, which is why we have Zaub now With the running with 11, I'd love to have set backups if people can't make it or for eventualities, but considering we're having a bit of trouble getting 10, getting 11 isn't realistic right now. I'd like to get started with the 10 and then see what we need to go from there

I apologize for being out of contact for the weekend, so I have a few things to catch up on it seems. First of all, thank you to the officers for the support in general, I really appreciate that help, I haven't done this in awhile. Secondly, I personally have never been concerned about WoL, so I won't be running it, but if someone else would like to, or wants me to, that's all right with me, but unless someone tells me they want it done I won't be doing it. Thirdly, because of snugg's suggestion that I had fully overlooked, I'll be looking for an ele shaman or lock, and still that holy pally. Since we're now to the monday morning of when i'd like to start raiding, i'll talk to bash tomorrow about what needs to be done to start recruiting for what we need, (still pending glitter/evadd's posts).

Okay Maurs, i'll talk to rebel/snugg/gump and try to nail some of this stuff down.

After having had a bit of a spur of the moment ventless pre raid meeting, this is what we decided works best. Days/Times: Wednesday, ~9:20 PM -> ~12:30 AM (depending on rug's return from tanking class) Thursday, 9:00 PM -> 12:00 AM Those I already have on my list or anyone else interested, Please post below with your availability related to our set raid times, also, if you have a profession that might be helpful, ect, please add that as well. Roster (At The Moment) Heals: Lyshani [On Khelendross (Resto Shaman)], Playbyplay (Mistwalker Monk), TBD (Maurs?) Tanks: Rugburn (Prot Pally), Evadd (Guardian Druid), backups: Taunka, Eboo Dps (Melee): Glitterstim (Enhance Shaman) Dps (Ranged): Aweburn (Frost Mage), Tychondris (BM Hunter), Infertil (Shadow Priest), Zauberei (Affliction Lock) With the addition of Zaub, we now only need a holy pally, which Varibash has a forum post and is spamming trade recruiting for one, so hopefully by wednesday we can start Lyshani, Available to raid all times, 600 alchemy with what appears to be all patterns (transmute specced), may or may not level fishing/cooking for feasts, don't count on it too much though. Related note, lock (Acanda) has 600 inscription and a lot of glyphs and the shoulder enchants, pally (Litechampion) has 600 JC, but not many useful patterns atm, and priest (Holyshade) has like 580 enchanting but i'm not leveling him atm so he won't have any of the top level enchants

yeah, i see no reason to make it overly complicated, if for whatever reason we need to make a change, we will, but yeah, we'll talk about all this during the meeting

Right now, i'm looking for a plate dps, and a holy pally. The holy pally can be switched for a resto shaman but i would prefer the pally. For melee i'd like plate first (no gear competition) rogue, monk or feral next (prefer the rogue or monk), i'm not going for another enh shaman 'cause that'd be 3 agi mail wearers. If forced into 4 ranged, I'd like an ele shaman (same reason as the plate dps) followed by a lock (bigbubble is the only priest, so slightly less competition with him able to get spirit for hit), lastly a moonkin, (identical gear to 2 of the healers, would rather avoid) Moral of this story, Hpally or resto shaman, plate or leather melee dps is what we need.

How I see it is anything like that just adds an unnecessary level of complexity that, in the end, really accomplishes nothing in a 10m that *shouldn't* be switching around people much, but I won't crack the whip if someone has an opinion they'd like to add

As of right now, i've been vaguely nominated as the raid leader and i'm happy to do it, but if someone else wants to put their name forward as this develops i don't have an issue with that

oooooohhhh... heres a question... we gonna be using the same DKP system as the main 25? or have y'all discussed loots yet? No one has really discussed it at all, but i was just assuming with 10 of us, most likely each going the same people every week we do it, we'd just do rolls with a general honor system of letting loot go to the person who greatly needs it. I wasn't planning on doing a loot council sort of thing either because I don't at all feel that's necessary, but as an example, if there's a minor upgrade for me, and a considerably larger upgrade for you for a leather caster piece, i'll pass it to you. (anything I'm saying is in no way set in stone, I'm just throwing out what makes sense to me and am open to any discussions people want to have)

the list i have is those minus evadd, idk if goose has talked to him but i have not. And I have no problem recruiting and if it does come to that I would definitely appreciate your help, but going into this I wasn't thinking we'd be recruiting considering how many players we have in guild and just consistently on and playing on any given night

The one thing I don't want to do with this raid is steal away people the 25m needs, (and this comment is not at all directed at anyone, just having this brought up i should've added it to the original post), you guys already have a your group set and I see no reason for this group to throw that off at all. That being said, i am hoping this will end up being a competent 10m raid as well

For those of us who didn't, or can't go in the 25m, myself and others will be starting up a 10m wed/thurs nights, around 9-12, 10-1, area. Just throwing out a post to see who's interested and able, and go from there. Currently we have myself (Lyshani, Tree) Playbyplay (Mistwalker) Rugburn (Prot Pally) Evadd* (Bear Druid) Taunkatruck** (Prot Warr) Eboo** (Prot Warr) Aweburn (Mage) Bigbubble (Spriest) Tychondris (Hunter) Glitterstim (Enh shaman) * -> One of the 2 main tanks with Rugburn, potential to miss nights ** -> Shaky hours, both will be back up tanks, hopefully at least one of their hours will line up with any time Evadd has to bail Need, 1 dps, 1 healer, Much prefer it to to be a melee. Post here or whisper me ingame so we can see what we have to go with!

Hi, i don't usually go in the g1 25ms but i figured i'd post anyway, at college for some reason my internet is horrible, like 2k ms and a 10 second delay on casting, probably won't be on any of my toons till i get this fixed... or till semesters over. Anyway, GL on HMs while i'm out!
