What version?

You should receive a notification that the new seeder has been updated if you have it installed, if not just install a fresh copy. Fixed bug with an infinite loop that crashes Chrome. New seeder is working just fine now. The seeder plugin will now get the latest seeder order list from atrstats.com every 30 seconds. This will allow us to force seeders into a server on demand without seeder needing to toggle seeding.

Make sure in the configuration you check the games you have installed and click Save

Maybe we can convert a server to unranked if we have an empty one to spare and add several spectator slots.

I was thinking Sunday afternoon

I figured with the holiday weekend and us getting several new players, now would be a great time to host a boot camp for anyone interested. You are welcome to attend as a new player wanting to learn the ropes, a Battlefield veteran that just wants some pointers from some of the skilled/tactical players, or just want to help other members do better in the game.

Some of the topics I would like to go over:

• Soldier Classes - what they are for and how to play them
• Weapon Types - which weapons to use for game mode and class
• PTFO - Play The Fucking Objective
• Weapon Use - how to manage aiming, recoil, and range
• Gadget Use - how to use your gadgets
• Vehicle Use - how to use vehicles
• Load Outs - how to setup your soldier for the right situation 
• Battlefield Tactics - how to improve your score, team, and kills
• Teamwork -  how to help your team

 I will be hosting the event and am open for any day this weekend, just let me know what day/time works for everyone and who will be attending. We will be doing this while populating servers, so just know we will have to move around servers and you will use your new skills against players that join!

For anyone just getting into BF4 I would recommend the followings for each category since they are some of the better weapons in the game and are unlocked fairly early on. There are many great weapons for each category/class:

Assualt Rifles:

• SCAR-H - close to medium ranges, heavier recoil, great accuracy, slow rate of fire, high damage
• M416 - close to medium ranges, low recoil, high accuracy, good rate of fire, great damage
• AEK-971 - closer ranges, heavier recoil, decent accuracy, very high rate of fire, low damage

Carbines:

• AK 5C - close to medium ranges, decent recoil, decent accuracy, good rate of fire, great damage 
• ACW-R - close to medium ranges, low recoil, great accuracy, very high rate of fire, low damage
• SG553 - closer ranges, low recoil, great accuracy, high rate of fire, low damage

DMRs:

• RFB - close to long ranges, decent recoil, great accuracy, decent rate of fire, high damage
• MK11 MOD 0 - medium to long ranges, low recoil, high accuracy, slower rate of fire, high damage
• SKS - close to medium ranges, low recoil, decent accuracy, high rate of fire, good damage

Shotguns:

• QBS-09 - very close range, decent recoil, good accuracy, great rate of fire, very high damage

PDWs:

• MX4 - close range, decent recoil, decent accuracy, high rate of fire, low damage
• UMP-45 - close range, low recoil, good accuracy, slow rate of fire, great damage

LMGs:

• TYPE 88 LMG - close to long ranges, heavy recoil, good accuracy, great rate of fire, good damage
• LSAT - close ranges, decent recoil, great accuracy, good rate of fire, good damage

Sniper Rifles:

• M40A5 - close to very long ranges, good recoil, high accuracy, great rate of fire, very high damage

While some of the best weapons are unlocked later by leveling up that category/class, the ones listed above are great weapons and are easier to obtain for players just joining us in BF4. Most of us are more than willing to help give advice and recommendations!

I think the official servers should be switched to ranked Friday morning/afternoon to prevent a restart during peek hours.

I have a challenge for ANYONE at ATR, create a new Battlefield emblem showcasing a phoenix and the letters ATR. I made one last night and just copied the current ATR logo. Given our situation, I think the phoenix represents us quite accurately. I will be giving away a prize for the winner, most likely a copy of a game of your choice or a gift card!

Create a PERSONAL emblem, not using the platoon so it doesn't override the current one, and take a screenshot which you will post here.

We will vote on which one we like the best. We will discuss whether we want the winning emblem to become our new logo for ATR which I can convert to a SVG, PNG, etc. Feel free to discuss ideas/concepts below or even create something in Photoshop!
