  2. Green Lens for Yellorium and it's weird that Dimensional Shards have been removed from the miners. (I have like 6k Dimensional Shard Ore)  Are you trying to make a big reactor?  I'll tell you this, you'll be disappointed on how hard it's going to be to build, fill and maintain for what you can achieve with solar power now (and no LAG!)

But @Mastric is the one you'll have to ask about config files.

  3. With the closure of our BF4 servers, this has led to a huge resource lost to bring in new members and a way to grow the ATR community.  Part of the reason is that BF4 has lost its vigor due to its age.  BF1 which we thought would’ve been the next chapter in our BF lineage failed to capture where the BF4 game and community left off.  Because of this and the rise of PUBG, BF will not be the way we will be able to grow our community.

What we need help with is some input from our current community members.  What are some games you would like to see a bigger interest in from the community?  What are the current games that you are playing?

Mainly we want to see where the interest is and where we can focus on bringing in more members who enjoy the same games as what we like to play or future games that we could be looking forward to playing.

yes  we have been trying to  bring in new players the only issue is if there are no admins on it takes so long to get them in  and  able to talk. would it be possible to  make like 2 of the  PUG channels that would allow for them to  join to play  and  not be  forced to  go to the site first and then is they want to  continue to play then they can register . Example we  had a guy who just wanted to play with us but it was hard for him to  come play because he had to jump thru 3 or 4 things just to be able to talk in the channel

There should be 3 public channels in the PUBG section where they don't need talk power.  This is a solution for now, but I know that since each channel really only "allows" 4 people per because of the squad size, there may be a requirement for more channels.  We will cross that bridge if we get to that point.  If it gets to the point where we have a lot of people joining, we may look at giving some privileges in TS to senior members.

PUBG should be getting community support by full release. Until then, if you group with none atr members in any game, chat them up and get them in teamspeak to hang out with our community. No reason to stop bringing new members to us just because BF4 closed.

I think @OONicc has been doing a good job with this :D

We may have left the BF4 community as a group but I doubt we will have left Battlefield all together if EA ever decides to release a BF that is community friendly and also not built around casual play. No matter what, I hope all the friends that have been made stick around with what ATR is at it's core. It's a gaming community. I'm not going anywhere.

I think for now a lot of us have been playing other games until EA fixes BF to where BF4 left off.  Whether that is updating BF1 to that point or on the next released game, we will see.  For now I'm enjoying playing PUBG and Minecraft.

  7. I know it's not exclusive to ATR, so please don't go there.  My point is that we are at a crossroads because of a decline in players in our servers as well as members that are currently active in being interested in playing BF4.

One thing you might find interesting is that last night there were 150, 000 playing BF1 while there were 50,000 playing BF4. For BF1, this is down from nearly 500,000 at launch. Conversely, BF4 has been on an uptick since the max exodus to BF1. I think we were all looking forward to a new BF iteration. For some of us BF1 didn't quite hit the mark.

I don't really care about console numbers as that does not do anything for us who own servers for PC players.  20K peak for BF4 on PC.  33k peak for BF1 PC.  The decline is there, obviously more for PC's than consoles.  I do hope that the BF1 dev's get it to where BF4 was for the communities like ours to be able to have more control and have servers like we used to.  It seems that with the latest release we may be getting there eventually, if there are still members who are interested in promoting servers in BF1, a resurgence may be in our future, only time will tell.

  8. @Voo We get what you are saying, I don't think anyone set out to "vilify" you.  The problem is that we, and BF4, have had a really huge decline in players when the last DLC for BF1 came out.  Half of the members who played BF4 and who bought BF1 wanted to focus more on BF1.  A few of us continued to play in BF4, including admins, trying to "pop" our servers but we could barely get one server half way popped then it would just empty.  We had 6 or 7 servers which were mostly empty for the majority of the time, and is why we are down to 4 currently and will more than likely get reduced to 1 or discontinued altogether.  Our "!report" feature does scroll through the chat window, but people seldom use it anymore.  If there are servers who have admins on 24/7 then good on them, it's just not feasible for us to do at this point which is why we have the "!report" feature.

Also you must realize is that we, the ATR Gamers group, play more than just BF4.  For a lot of us, those who mainly played BF, BF4 is just getting old and has burned out members.  We were hoping that BF1 was going to be the beginning of a new era for us.  That missed the mark but who knows what the future holds.  ATR Gamers will not be going away anytime soon, our focus will just shift and who can say what game we will be playing the most in years to come.

    And to say:

The reality is that most likely if ATR were really active in its server(s), things would be a lot better on many levels.

We have put many hours of our lives into our servers, I've missed time with my wife and family for our servers, so have many other members.  So to say this is disrespectful.  You do not know how much we have put into our servers day in and day out.  Things have just unfortunately come to a point where the BF4 community is dying off and we have been on life support for too long.  It may just be time for us to move on.

  9. We've been trying to search for the reason PBB gave "GameHack" and see if it was something that occurred because of a conflicting program running in the background and have yet to find it. We did find that some other "GameHack" bans were overturned and that's why it's taking a bit of time. Once we've exhausted all options we will talk with the BF admins and get a final decision before the weekend is here. So hold tight.

  10. Did you by chance get banned with the account Shailcat?  As there is a linked IP account, you were banned because of this after you were reported and a background check was done.
