i'd say we are making improvement, not perfect yet but we are getting there, he should be dead next week. I am not concerned.

Most of the time, my approach is very combative, it's my way of dealing with things because being in the military for the 6 years I was in, I got used to having to be foreceful and hard-headed to make sure things got done. Dealing with a bunch of Alpha males all day in the Corps taught me that. So while I have to get used to your style, other people must get used to mine as well. Trust me when I say, there have been more arguments within the officer ranks then you guys realize, me and gump have been at eachother's throats more times then I can count because both of us are very stubborn and combatitive in our approach. I am well aware of my style and all I can say is:

I am done talking about this, like Snugg said, we are working with a new system and it isn't perfect, we appreciate feedback and we make changes all the time in regards to what will work best for everyone. We make mistakes sometimes, it's part of being human. We have changed the rules, they will start next week, lets move on from this incident and keep pushing ourselves to kill more bosses ^^

I don't get you at all, sometimes you are very easy to deal with and talk too, and other times you can be very difficult. If other people in the raid have a problem with it, they need to address it, because from our perspective, it's just you. That's why we ask our raiders to be open with us if they have a problem. If what you say is true, then that clearly isn't happening.

but you're asking that the same rules apply to double items in the case of 2 people bidding to work the same way it does for an item only one person bids on, we didn't set it up that way, we set it up for 2nd highest + 1. People making a fuss over this s causing us to simplifying the system to: you pay what you bid, be it only one person bidding on a single item, or 2 people bidding on duplicate items. What ever you bid will be the amount charged, no more reducing to 2nd highest+1. If you're the only person bidding on an item, and you bid 25, you are getting charged 25, no more reducing to minimum bid. The way DKP is supposed to work is each individual raider is responsible for his own dkp, you bid based upon how much the item is worth to you and how much you are willing to part with.

for double items like that I am pretty sure the rule was, 2nd highest bid +1, is what both parties were charged.

I understood what you meant, just wait for the new rules to be updated. We made all the choices last night, the new rules will be set in stone and they will not be changed anymore.

how's that our fault.... you guys bid what you thought it would take to win it, and you got charged what you bid.... seems like the system is working as intended.

how much you spent on the belt isn't our fault, that's completely on you, we didn't force you to bid high and "pay to much" you payed exactly what you thought the belt was worth to you.

DKP systems are nice because it puts all the power in the hands of the raider with the DKP, if you really want an item , you will dump a lot of DKP on it

Loot will come, no need to worry about that, and I wont repeat what they already said.

it's your guys 10 man, you do loot how you want. As of right now none of the officers will be joining your group, so it's all up to you guys to decide, also, you guys need to establish your raid leader on who will directing your group.

If the 10 man raid times work better for you vulkan, you are welcome to switch to lyshani's group. We don't want people to feel rushed.

what raiders do you know you have right now? off the top of my head you have: Glitter Lyshani Bigbubble Rugburn Evade Aweburn PlaybyPlay ...who am I missing? If needed I can create a realm forum post and trade chat macro to recruit for your empty spots. Just let me know if you would need the help.

Saturday or thursday, only 2 days im able to do it. Was thinking going to TOC 10 man for the weapons with pandarian enchants and gems the fight should be trivial, just getting the gear will take a few weeks. This wont happen right away, My mage is only lvl 68, some people are still lvling aswell. but now that everyone is power lvling their alt, should only be 1-2 weeks before we start grinding for that gear.

so it is still possible to get the "Herald of the Titans" title as I found out a month ago, and I want it. So I am forming a team to do it. The plan will be that every Saturday, we will run Ulduar 10 man twice. 2 runs consisting of 5 lvl 90 mains and 5 lvl 80 alts that we will be gearing for the title, after 2-4 weeks, depending on gear drops, we will run ulduar with our full lvl 80 alt group and kill algalon for the title. So far I have: Chartul - lvl 80 Paladin tank alt Varibash - lvl 80 Frost Mage alt Zauberei - lvl 80 Priest healer/dps alt Snuggle - lvl 80 Elemental Shaman alt Mantra - lvl 80 Warlock alt Moot - lvl 80 frost mage I need 2 more people I would want to pull from the guild if possible. I need 1 more tank, 1 DPS. Please let me know if you would be interested in do this with us. I will try and fill with all guildies first, before I make a realm forum post asking for more.
