While yes, peoples gear aren't exactly the same, there is NO reason why our top dps should be SO FAR ahead of our lowest. Now, I am in no way perfect and I have a lot i need to do to increase my dps, but looking at those meters is pretty sad. No reason why some of our dps should be close to the dmg output of our disc priest. And what looks even worse, if 3 of our bottom dps are our officers and GM....

we have far to many people that are doing terrible dps, like even less dps then they were doing in ToT. People need to seriously pick it up, are healers are doing great, same with tanks, it's pure dps that will hold us back at this point. It's also a mechanics issue, people aren't comfortable with the fights, so their dps will be very low, once they learn the mechanics to where it becomes muscle memory, they will do better. But come tuesday, everyone needs to be on top of their game. I do not want u to get stuck on a single boss for weeks like we did with Tortos in ToT

As of right now, we wont be server transferring, so no need to worry. This was just to get the general feelings of people in the raid. This guild has been through rough patches before, and we will survive through this one. Our strong community is the reason we are one of the oldest guilds on skullcrusher that still remains viable in terms of progression on raid content. We have seen thousands of guilds come and go, and we are still here. Just like we always plan on being, until the vast majority of players quit or Blizzard shuts the server down, we will be around. No need to worry, just everyone has to do their part to help us bring in fresh blood to replace those that are on break or have left WoW.

good points pika. Like I said, this is all up in the air, and I am not willing to abandon anyone to transfer, in my head, I wasnt willing to transfer unless 100% of the raid team and a lot of the casuals were all for it, with just barely over 50% saying yes, It will not happen, period. Just everyone needs to be aware that recruiting is a pain in the ass and slow to happen, so as we lose people, the likelihood of switching to 1 or 2 10 man teams because more and more prevalent.

I am getting help, thundere, mastric, wilistari and heldarram are doing a lot to help out, and it really helps to lighten the load. The topic of this thread is to sort out the recruitment problem we are having. I don't fault anyone for needing a break or having RL take priority, and I certainly wasn't blaming anyone, I merely pointed those names out to show the difference in people we are losing vs the people we are gaining. The ratio if it maintains at this rate means that in a few weeks, we WONT be able to field a 25m team at all. That is the issue being discussed, please stay on topic.
